Hinged and balcony doors

Comfortable everyday passage between indoors and outdoors

Hinged and balcony doors combine familiar operation with effective perimeter closure. We make them to measure with VEKA profiles, glazing or panels and the configuration that best fits the opening.

They are particularly suitable for terraces, patios, porches, utility rooms and balconies where a clear passage and simple operation are required.

They can be made with one or two leaves, side or top lights and different proportions of glass and panel. We also assess the opening direction so that the leaf does not conflict with furniture, shutters or circulation areas.

The profile and glazing are chosen according to orientation, exposure and the required comfort level.

Perimeter closure

The leaf presses against the seals to support weather tightness and comfort.

02

Passage and ventilation

The leaf arrangement adapts to frequent passage and the desired ventilation.

03

Coordinated design

Colour, glazing, panel and proportions can match the rest of the joinery.

Common configurations

There is no single standard balcony door. We design the opening around the aperture and the way each room is used.

Single leaf for compact passageways
Double leaves for a wider clear opening
Full glazing, transom or lower panel
Side or top lights to bring in more daylight
